Conversation with Janet Biggs: The Future Body Series
In this our first episode on this series of conversations, Asher Remy-Toledo -Director of Hyphen Hub- invited New York based artist Janet Biggs to participate in a conversation for the 19th edition of the Colombia based Festival Internacional de la Imagen which Hyphen Hub guest curated the last two years. The 19th edition took place from June 15-19 2020. The Festival which was created originally as a film festival 19 years ago, has evolved into a major international festival of new media for performances, electronic music, installations, academic forums and more. Janet Biggs attended the festival in 2018 as part of a large contingent of artists, curators and academics that Hyphen Hub invited from different parts of the world.
